The project shows the symbiosis between humanity and nature and our constant need to return to water. Our bodies and souls are part of nature. Contact with it gives us the opportunity to return to primordiality, purification, and rebirth. We are from water, our existence begins with swimming in the womb, listening to the inner echo of the amniotic fluid. Water flows and connects our bodies with species, organisms, plants.
The work "Bodies of Water" shows the intimate relationship between women and the elements: water, sun, earth, air, and other elements of nature in which they are located. It is a story in which women interact with the elements and everything that exists around their scenery: water, clay, sand, algae, plants, trees, creating an action with elements of performance. Nature invites us to a mutual dialogue, we see in it a reflection of ourselves and our desires. The women in the project go inside, discovering themselves, freeing the body and mind, connecting with themselves. The project aims to make people realize how important the natural world is to us, and that we must treat it differently, with love and respect, literally as if our life depended on it. The art of evolution is shown through the eyes of the wild, and sharing a passion for nature and the aquatic world. This is the story of where life begins, but if we don't protect our surroundings, it will end.
